Bo Nielsen
Bo Nielsen was born and raised in Denmark. At the age of 26, he decided to take his amazing coaching talent and put it to work in the USA.
He grew up playing many different sports and activities. His favorite sport is Soccer (in Europe they call it Football).
Besides Soccer, he played Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, Track and Martial Arts.
Due to many activities, he didn't focus his attention to pursue a professional soccer carrier, but did play soccer on various Amateur Danish club and school teams until the age of 25.
Bo has been coaching since he was 15 years old. He has mainly coached soccer, volleyball and track. Over the years, he has continuously been educating himself and has developed into a Personal Training Expert. His approach to training and life is very holistic, with a Massage License and Mental Training certification which gives him more depth to his training sessions.
Jen Lalor (now) Nielsen, became his first client/student in the USA. She was on a winter break from her Swedish employer, Hammerby IF, and her dream was to play in the WUSA. The training object was to prepare Jen for the WUSA combine. Jen was extremely well prepared and was picked 2nd out of more than 200 players.
