Most club soccer practices cater to the specific needs of the entire team as a hole, NOT the individual.

Developing excellent soccer skills can be very rewarding and yet challenging. By taking your soccer skills to the next level, not only will you improve your game, but you will also find that you enjoy the sport even more than you ever did because you have opened up new options within your game.
We focus on teaching soccer skills by using the Coerver Method. The Coerver Method helps you develop a soft rhythmic touch through repetitive ball movements. You will gain an intuitive feel for the ball and increase your whole body balance and overall control.
JB Juniors - training for ages 3-6
This program is a great intro to the game of soccer. The JB Juniors program is designed with lots of movement and activities with the ball
Program is offered as a 6 weeks (6 sessions) deal for only $60 and includes a JB Juniors T-Shirt
Program is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sundays.
Youth development age 7-14
Our Youth development program is perfect for anyone playing club soccer (Competitive or Recreational) Here you can work on individual ball skills i.e. dribbling, shooting, collections, long balls and one on one situations.
We specialize in the individual training to accommodate your development on your club team.
The youth development program runs month to month with 1 weekly session, minimum 1 month commitment
Cost $30 per session, coach/player ratio 1-6
High School - College
2010 will mark the beginning of our newest and most extensive training program to date.
We are right now finalizing the details of this in-dept college scholarship training program.
This program will be like no other program out there, it will be a 12 month commitment, and work on all 4 components Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental. To join this program you will have to submit and application and have it approved before starting the program.

Professional
There is not set program for players that wish to prepare for professional playing carrer.
Program will be designed to prepare the athlete for try-out.
We currently have 2 players in training Jayme Cargnoni (WPS) and Emily Wynne (Russia)

Our summer college preparation program is for incoming freshmen and all returning college players that want to be ready for preseason.
